This one took a local Sourcing Agent, an Investor from our Mentoring Group, and our Project Manager to pull this off.

Making everyone a nice amount of money in the process.

 

The property was sourced for 127k and we spent 31k on the refurb.

It sold for 210k and made us and our investor a combined profit of 45k.
