Purchased for 68k and a 14k refurb. Revalued for 100k, making this a genuinely nice start to our property investment career.

Purchased as a completely outdated property, we gave it a full like-for-like refurb which took 8 weeks to complete. The same tenants have been in situ for the last 2 years and we have hardly been back to the property.

After this…we were hooked to the property investment scene.
